What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Impact)
This role is designed to give you a complete view of how IT functions within a modern, distributed company. You won’t be a spectator. Your day-to-day tasks will be diverse and might include:

Acting as the friendly, tech-savvy support contact for our IT department. You’ll help team members around the world troubleshoot issues via chat, email, or video calls. This builds patience and communication skills while fixing real-time problems.

Assisting with the health and performance of our internal systems. You’ll learn how to monitor networks, check for potential bottlenecks, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Helping track digital and physical tech assets. This involves managing software licenses, user accounts, and assisting with laptop setup and deployment for new employees.

Creating and updating guides and knowledge-base articles that make life easier for both the IT team and the rest of the company.
