Are you a versatile full-stack engineer passionate about building AI-powered tools that directly drive business growth? This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a high-growth company and own the technical development of software that will transform how our media buyers, strategists, and creative teams deliver exceptional results for top direct-to-consumer brands.
If you have 3+ years of experience with React/Next.js, Node.js/Python, and TypeScript, and are excited to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and advertising APIs into practical tools that automate workflows and generate insights, we want you on our team. Your work will measurably increase efficiency and be central to our operations.

Your Mission:
To design, build, and iterate on the internal tools and AI systems that eliminate manual bottlenecks and unlock new efficiencies across our entire agency. You will be the technical architect, translating team pain points into elegant, production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and operational software that help our media and strategy teams manage client campaigns more efficiently.

Build features using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) to automate creative analysis, generate campaign insights, and streamline repetitive workflow tasks.

Create robust integrations with critical advertising and eCommerce APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo) to centralize performance data.

Lead the full development lifecycle—from scoping with non-technical stakeholders to technical design, implementation, deployment in the cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and ongoing iteration based on feedback.

Design and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) to aggregate cross-client data and enable powerful insights.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):

3+ years of professional experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).

Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern development practices.

Solid experience with SQL, relational database design, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.

Hands-on experience building with Large Language Model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

Familiarity with advertising or eCommerce platform APIs (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently own projects from concept to production.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical team members.
Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

Experience in a marketing agency, DTC brand, or high-growth startup environment.

Knowledge of data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js).
