About the Role: Enabling Strategic Leadership for Global Executives
Are you a highly strategic and discreet professional who excels at anticipating needs and managing complex executive workflows? WorkinVirtual is partnering with a global enterprise to recruit an elite Executive Assistant to provide dedicated, high-touch support to C-level leadership. This is a mission-critical role where you will serve as a force multiplier, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing their time, communications, and operational logistics.
You will act as a true right hand, leveraging mastery of productivity software and exceptional communication skills to manage intricate calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Your proactive approach and business acumen will be essential in streamlining executive operations within a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities: Anticipate, Coordinate, and Execute

Proactively manage and defend the executive’s calendar with strategic foresight, scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones while optimizing for priorities and focus time.

Serve as the primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing communications (email, calls, messages), drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely and appropriate responses on behalf of the executive.

Plan and orchestrate complex international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements, ensuring seamless executive mobility.

Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and presentations for executive meetings. Attend meetings to take notes, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on decisions.

Provide high-level administrative support for key strategic projects, including tracking deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing status reports.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO) in a fast-paced corporate environment, with recent experience in a remote or hybrid setting.

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello) is a plus.

Exceptional mastery of calendar management and scheduling across global time zones.

Superior written and verbal English communication skills, with impeccable grammar and professionalism.

Proven ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and solve problems proactively with minimal direction.
