We are hiring an Enterprise Project Manager to join our team and ensure project success through owning driving communicating and respectfully engaging all stakeholders with integrity and accountability
The Opportunity
As an Enterprise Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring programs and projects are delivered within schedule scope cost budget and resource expectations. You will identify key technical and project risks and issues and actively put mitigating actions in place. You will maintain strong customer focus and work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Within a portfolio of projects with complex and changing software technologies customer and partner satisfaction is only possible because of exceptional Project Managers who know how to respect and engage all stakeholders
What You’ll Do

Ensure programs and projects are delivered within schedule scope cost budget and resource expectations

Identify key technical and project risks and issues and actively put mitigating actions in place

Maintain strong customer focus and work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews with customers providing direction when needed

Manage the delivery schedule of critical third party deliverables for the project

Advocate to customers the appropriate technologies from Canonical’s portfolio

Drive project success while managing risks
Who You Are
-
You have experience in Enterprise IT Programs Process Improvement and Software Engineering Project Management
-
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-
You have experience leading cross cultural remote and global project teams and customers
-
You have strong negotiation and influencing skills

You have a deep understanding of Linux Open Source and Cloud Technologies
-
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline
-
You hold Project Management Certification preferably PMP or equivalent
-
You hold Agile Project Management certification preferably Scrum Master or equivalent
-
You have the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
