As we accelerate our AI Enterprise offerings, we are seeking a strategic Campaign Marketing Manager to architect and execute our scaled, product-led outbound engine. This role is not about spray-and-pray; it’s about turning thousands of product usage signals into timely, relevant, and earned outreach that genuinely resonates with enterprise customers. The Role: Enterprise AI Campaign Marketing Manager
You will own how Zapier’s product engagement data translates into prioritized, high-impact outbound campaigns. You will define who to reach, when to reach them, and what to say—blending product insight, enterprise buying behavior, and creative messaging to drive pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role for a marketer who thrives on testing, iteration, and measurable impact in the AI/automation space.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead campaign planning by analyzing product usage and intent signals to define targeting priority, timing, and audience selection for enterprise AI use cases.

Write, refine, and optimize high-performing sales emails and sequences at scale, ensuring alignment with enterprise narratives.

Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into outbound-ready narratives. Collaborate with RevOps on targeting, routing, attribution, and performance benchmarks.

Equip the sales team with effective sequences, messaging frameworks, and activation guidance to maximize conversion.

Measure and report on core metrics (reply rate, meetings booked, pipeline sourced). Continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, and personalization tactics to improve efficiency.

Employ an AI-forward mindset, using tools to enhance the speed, quality, and relevance of campaigns.
Who You Are (Requirements):

5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a deep focus on Enterprise outbound programs.

A proven track record of writing high-performing sales emails that convert at scale.

Experience running integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels with clear impact measurement.

Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior in AI, automation, or digital transformation.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong Engage, and modern outbound engagement platforms.

Comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling programs across large audiences.

An AI-forward practitioner who uses AI tools to improve marketing output and efficiency.
