The Role: Enterprise Account Executive
As a strategic Account Executive at Zscaler, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for building and managing relationships with enterprise clients. Reporting to a Regional Director, you will develop and execute a long-term account strategy to sell our transformative security platform. This role requires a consultative sales leader who can engage at the C-suite level, understand complex business challenges, and position Zscaler as the critical solution for secure digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and security decision-makers.

Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year account plan aligned to customer business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client business objectives, security challenges, and technical environments to align Zscaler’s solutions.

Partner closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Channel teams to deliver compelling business cases and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and expansion within your named accounts.

Represent Zscaler’s vision, maintain expert-level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, and drive new logo acquisition.
Required Qualifications (Minimum):

7-10+ years of proven, full-cycle enterprise sales experience in the B2B software or cybersecurity industry.

A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.

Extensive experience engaging, selling to, and building relationships at the C-suite level.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency in strategic account planning and executing complex sales cycles.

Experience leveraging channel partnerships to drive revenue.
Preferred Qualifications (What Makes You Stand Out):

Established relationships and credibility within the cybersecurity space with prospective enterprise customers.

Proven success in closing net-new logo business in the enterprise market.

Deep understanding of cloud security, Zero Trust, SASE, and competitive landscapes.
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary Range $140,000 – $190,000 USDÂ (On-Target Earnings are significantly higher with commission/bonus).
