For over 15 years, ONeil Interactive has been the trusted digital partner for leading regional and national home builders, including multiple Top 20 production builders. We are a thriving, fully remote team of innovators dedicated to transforming how builders connect with homebuyers online. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to build strong client relationships and expertly manage website projects and ongoing support for our home builder clients.
The Role: Digital Project Manager (Home Builder Focus)
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be the primary owner of the client relationship and project lifecycle. You will guide home builders through the creation of their dream websites—from initial discovery to successful launch—while managing post-launch support and enhancements. Success requires exceptional organization, proactive communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality, high-touch results in a fast-paced agency environment. Direct experience in the homebuilding industry is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for home builder clients, guiding them through the entire website project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Build and strengthen client relationships by anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise. Organize and facilitate client meetings, document action items, and manage feedback cycles with internal design and development teams.

Monitor and professionally respond to client support requests. Coordinate the assessment, scoping, and implementation of website updates and enhancements, ensuring thorough QA before delivery.

Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Design, Development, QA), clearly communicating requirements, priorities, and feedback to ensure alignment and high-quality deliverables.

Skillfully prioritize and manage multiple website projects and client accounts simultaneously, adapting seamlessly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Who You Are (Qualifications):

A proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

An excellent communicator—precise, humble, and friendly—with the ability to build strong client trust.

Experienced in managing digital projects (websites preferred) and proficient with project management tools.

Self-motivated and capable of setting priorities independently while thriving in a fully remote, collaborative team setting.

A strong preference for candidates with experience working for a home builder or within the homebuilding industry. Exceptionally qualified candidates without this specific experience are also encouraged to apply.

Able to work core hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.
