About linqd.
linqd. is a results-driven marketing agency partnering with B2B and B2C clients to deliver brand experiences that connect, convert, and endure. We operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and digital innovation—building websites, campaigns, and omnichannel programs that move people and markets.
We are a fully remote team that values craft, collaboration, and commercial creativity. We don’t just make things that look beautiful; we make things that work. Our culture is built on intellectual curiosity, operational excellence, and an obsessive focus on delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.
We are now seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative department, elevate our output, and partner with revenue leadership to shape the future of linqd. and the brands we serve.
The Opportunity: Lead Creative Vision & Commercial Impact
As Creative Director, you will be the architect of creative excellence across both linqd. brand initiatives and our full portfolio of client engagements. You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and UX/UI specialists, guiding work from raw concept to polished execution.
This is not a hands-off leadership role. You will be deeply embedded in the work—concepting campaigns, shaping narratives, reviewing designs, and presenting work to clients and executives. You will also be the steward of our creative operations, defining processes, managing workflows, and ensuring every project delivers on time, on budget, and on brand.
You will report to executive leadership and collaborate daily with Account Management, Operations, and Omnichannel teams.
What You’ll Own
Creative Direction & Execution
-
Translate brand positioning and strategic briefs into powerful, customer-centric creative campaigns across digital, web, email, video, and experiential channels.
-
Produce and direct compelling copy, design, and UX/UI work that delivers on client objectives and elevates the linqd. brand.

Partner with Account Management to build and execute creative testing strategies that optimize performance.
-
Pitch creative concepts to clients with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
-
Oversee creative direction for corporate events, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and operational excellence.

Review and critique all creative output—ensuring work is on-brand, on-strategy, and undeniably excellent.
Creative Operations & Process
-
Maintain expert-level fluency in digital-first design, UX/UI best practices, and omnichannel marketing principles.
-
Define and refine creative department workflows, resource allocation, and project management standards.
-
Collaborate with Operations to define client budgets for creative hours and report on team output and profitability.
-
Identify and onboard freelance talent for specialized skills not represented internally.
-
Establish and enforce linqd. brand standards across all internal and client-facing assets.
-
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behaviors—and translate them into actionable creative strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
-
Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team of designers, copywriters, and UX/UI specialists.
-
Conduct ongoing performance coaching, evaluations, and development planning to ensure long-term career growth for every team member.

-
Guide the selection and management of external agencies and production partners (animation, video, illustration, etc.).

-
Serve as the internal authority on brand, digital design, and user experience—elevating creative literacy across the organization.
