Job Description: Contract Analyst – Remote

This is a critical role where you will protect Solventum’s interests and facilitate our mission by ensuring contracts with clients, vendors, and partners are legally compliant, operationally clear, and strategically aligned.

Your Impact:
You will serve as a key enabler of business operations, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements. Your work will directly contribute to managing risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting the seamless execution of projects that change patients’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly review and analyze contract proposals, agreements, and amendments to ensure compliance with laws, internal policies, and business objectives.

Proactively identify contractual risks, liabilities, and unfavorable terms. Recommend revisions and strategies to protect Solventum while achieving business goals.

Draft, revise, and maintain accurate contract documents. Negotiate key terms—including scope, deliverables, and payment structures—to secure favorable and compliant outcomes.

Collaborate effectively with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business teams to interpret requirements, clarify obligations, and drive practical contract execution.

Administer the full contract lifecycle, tracking key dates, managing renewals, and conducting audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify process improvements.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience: 2 years of experience in a contract analyst, administration, or management role.

Working knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret complex language accurately.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Excellent organization and time management to handle multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or similar systems.

Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:

An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, JD).

Contract management certification (e.g., CCCM, NCMA).
