We are looking for a Content Production Manager to own and optimize the operational engine behind our content creation, ensuring smooth workflows from brief to publication across blogs, multimedia, and marketing campaigns.

The Role: Content Production Manager
As the Content Production Manager, you will be the operational powerhouse for Kinsta’s content organization. This role focuses on production, processes, and systems—not editorial strategy. You will manage end-to-end workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own our project management ecosystem (primarily Wrike) to bring structure and predictability to our content pipeline. Your work will enable editors, writers, and designers to focus on high-impact creative work by removing logistical friction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize content production workflows for blogs, product updates, GTM packages, and multimedia assets. Ensure efficient movement from brief → draft → review → design → publish.

  • Serve as the primary admin and expert for Wrike within the Content org. Maintain and improve project structures, templates, and standards.

  • Act as the central hub between Content, Product Marketing, Design, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing teams. Shepherd multi-format content packages across channels.

  • Track content status, deadlines, and dependencies. Provide regular visibility to stakeholders. Standardize intake and prioritization processes. Support resource planning for internal teams and contractors.

  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows and best practices. Support the rollout of improved processes with training and guidance.

Who You Are (Requirements):

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, production management, or operational roles.

  • Background in SaaS/Tech, Marketing, Creative Agencies, or content-heavy environments.

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and workflows.

  • Strong expertise with project management tools; Wrike experience is highly preferred (Asana, Jira, Monday.com also valuable).

  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills with strong ownership of deadlines.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining empathy and collaboration.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination abilities.

  • A detail-oriented, process-improvement mindset.
