We are looking for a Client Success Manager with a school background to join our team. If you have spent time working in school administration and want to use that experience to help others this role is for you

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President of Client Experience your primary objective will be to ensure that the schools you work with are fully implemented trained and supported throughout the year so they can use Clarity software to achieve their strategic priorities and operational goals

As a Client Success Manager for Contracts and Billing you won’t just be supporting schools you will be guiding them through processes that directly impact their financial sustainability. Schools trust us because our CSMs have walked in their shoes. Whether helping a business officer streamline tuition billing ensuring compliance with accounting best practices or providing insight into family payment trends your expertise will make a tangible difference

What You’ll Do

  • Train schools through the onboarding and implementation process

  • Proactively schedule and lead regular check in calls with schools throughout the year ensuring they are on track to hit their goals using Clarity

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to schools

  • Communicate with the product team any feature requests or product improvements that could better serve schools and families

  • Respond quickly to support inquiries that schools submit and escalate relevant ones to appropriate internal teams

  • Solicit and document feedback data from client schools

  • Attend and participate in regular team and company meetings as scheduled

  • Attend and participate in professional conferences as needed

  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources for school users

  • Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of this role

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 3 years direct work experience in a PK 12 school administrative office or non profit billing and accounting

  • You are familiar with financial concepts and comfortable interpreting invoices ledgers and basic accounting or reporting documents

  • You have experience working with spreadsheets to analyze data identify trends and support decision making

  • You maintain a growth mindset and are eager to join a quickly growing team with many opportunities for personal and professional growth

  • You embrace uncertainty and view the ability to design processes with excitement

  • You genuinely enjoy and find fulfillment in helping people solve their problems

  • You have high technical aptitude and the ability to learn software quickly

  • You are proficient with tools including HubSpot Zoom Google Workspace Loom Intercom LogRocket Linear and Notion

  • You have excellent organizational time management and communication skills

  • A CPA or formal accounting training is a plus but not required candidates with financial literacy and a willingness to deepen their understanding of accounting will be successful
