Job Description: Brand Reputation Specialist – Remote

Maximus Health, a profitable, mission-driven telehealth leader in men’s and women’s performance medicine, is seeking a sharp Brand Reputation Specialist to serve as the frontline guardian of our customer experience. This is a critical, fully remote role where you will autonomously manage our public reputation across key platforms like the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Trustpilot, social media, and Discord.

Your Mission:
To protect and elevate the Maximus brand by serving as the public face of our customer care. You will ensure every public client interaction—especially in sensitive review and social media channels—reflects our commitment to premium service, effective problem resolution, and strict HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to all customer feedback across BBB, Trustpilot, social media, and our Discord community within a strict 24-hour target (<12 hours ideal). Craft empathetic, professional, and HIPAA-compliant responses that resolve concerns and reinforce our brand voice.

Investigate service issues thoroughly and implement solutions (refunds, credits, expediting). Guide clients to resolution with clear communication, aiming to turn detractors into promoters and respectfully request review amendments when issues are genuinely resolved.

Immediately flag potential PR crises to leadership. Document case patterns to identify systemic friction points and provide regular sentiment reports to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) for continuous improvement.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):

3+ years of experience in customer service or reputation management within healthcare, telehealth, DTC wellness, or other regulated industries.

You can de-escalate conflict and communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism in public forums.

A solid understanding of protected health information (PHI) requirements for public communication.

Comfortable making sound judgment calls with incomplete information and managing ambiguous situations independently.

Experience navigating BBB, Trustpilot, social media management tools, and Discord. Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems for tracking.

Response time <24 hours; high rate of issues resolved without senior escalation; measurable improvement in BBB/Trustpilot scores.

You will quickly grow from building expertise with manager guidance to owning autonomous decision-making authority and strategic recommendations within 6-12 months.
