Job Description: AWS Greenfield Specialist – Remote
Are you a senior AWS sales leader with deep field relationships and a proven track record of driving significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from net-new accounts? nClouds is seeking an accomplished AWS Greenfield Specialist to operate as a strategic revenue accelerator and core extension of our AWS field partnerships. This is a high-impact, remote role designed to ignite new cloud demand and deliver over $5M in AWS Launched ARR annually by winning and activating greenfield customers across North America.
If you have established, active relationships within the AWS field organization (AEs, DM leaders, PSMs), strong AWS technical acumen, and a hunter’s drive to build pipeline from scratch, this is a senior, high-visibility opportunity to shape the cloud adoption journey for new enterprises. You will be the trusted advisor at the intersection of our sales motion and AWS’s field strategy.
About the Role:
You will be directly accountable for all greenfield outcomes, working in lockstep with AWS sales teams to identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities. Your mission is to accelerate AWS adoption, drive partner-led pipeline, and ensure customer wins progress to “Launched” status, directly contributing to nClouds’ and AWS’s growth targets.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes:

Deliver 36+ AWS-approved Customer Wins annually, achieving “Launched” status and contributing to $5M+ in AWS Launched ARR per year.

Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with AWS Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and Solution Architects. Co-develop joint win strategies and serve as a trusted advisor within the AWS ecosystem.

Proactively identify and activate net-new AWS customers using value-led entry points. Influence pipeline quality and velocity, driving adoption of AWS-native solutions, proof-of-value (POV) motions, and modernization plays.

Partner with AWS and ISV sellers to craft compelling, AWS-native solution strategies that accelerate customer adoption from initial contact through launched revenue.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):

Established, active relationships within the AWS field organization (e.g., AEs, District Managers, PSMs) are required.

A demonstrated track record of hitting ambitious revenue, pipeline, or ARR-driven KPIs in a cloud/IT services environment.

Ability to articulate cloud value, architectural paths, and workload patterns. Hands-on familiarity with AWS services and activation patterns is essential.

Superior communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing both technical and business executives.

AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required within 45 days of start; Associate-level certification (e.g., Solutions Architect) is strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA a plus).
