Monitor and report on key metrics, including billable utilization rates, bench time, and project profitability. Provide insights to leadership on resource health and efficiency.
-
Partner closely with Project Managers, Department Heads, and Talent Acquisition to understand project requirements, team capacity, and skill development needs.
-
Serve as a power user and administrator of the company’s resource management software (e.g., Float, 10,000ft, Saviom), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
-
Contribute to the development and refinement of resource management processes, playbooks, and best practices for a remote-first organization.
