The Role: Enterprise AI Implementation Specialist

We’re seeking an accomplished Applied AI Engineer to lead the development of intelligent automation platforms and agentic AI solutions for our diverse enterprise clients. This consulting role combines technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities, requiring both deep AI implementation skills and the ability to guide strategic technical decisions.

Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in transforming AI concepts into robust, production-ready systems while maintaining Bitovi’s standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade intelligent automation systems and AI-driven workflows

• Develop agentic AI solutions using modern frameworks and toolchains

• Architect and optimize workflow automation systems using platforms like n8n and Rivet

• Implement advanced RAG architectures and vector database integrations

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Lead technical teams while contributing hands-on to project delivery

• Establish and enforce best practices for testing, documentation, and system observability

Technical Requirements

• Professional experience developing automation tools at enterprise scale

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or Python with practical LangChain implementation

• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Rivet, or equivalent)

• Demonstrable expertise with multiple AI models and multimodal content processing

• Advanced RAG implementation and vector database management

• Practical application of tool calling and sophisticated model features

• Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder communication skills

• Cloud deployment expertise (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)

• CI/CD pipeline development (GitHub Actions, TravisCI, CodeBuild)

Location & Scheduling
