We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Training Specialist (Generalist). In this foundational role, you will be directly responsible for evaluating, rating, and crafting the high-quality data that teaches advanced AI systems how to communicate accurately, ethically, and effectively. Your Mission: Be the Human in the Loop for AI Excellence

You will act as a critical reviewer and creator, ensuring AI outputs meet the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and safety. Your human judgment will directly improve the model’s reasoning and output quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create & Evaluate AI Prompts and Responses: Write clear, natural-language prompts and assess AI-generated answers across a vast array of topics and complexities.

  • Conduct Comparative Analysis: Read, compare, and rank multiple AI responses, providing detailed, reasoned feedback on their quality and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure Accuracy & Safety: Meticulously fact-check outputs, identify potential biases, ethical concerns, or factual inaccuracies, and help implement corrective measures.

  • Uphold Data Integrity: Adhere strictly to project-specific guidelines to produce consistent, high-quality training data and annotations.

  • Perform Swift Research: Conduct efficient, accurate research to verify information and contextualize responses within specialized domains when needed.

Who You Are (Required Qualifications):

  • Native-Level English Proficiency with exceptional, demonstrable writing and editorial skills.

  • Direct, hands-on experience in AI training, LLM (Large Language Model) response rating, data annotation, or chatbot evaluation.

  • Superlative attention to detail and strong analytical judgment.

  • A broad, well-read general knowledge base and innate intellectual curiosity about diverse subjects.

  • A reliable, self-motivated professional who excels in a remote, independent work environment.

  • A commitment to quality, adaptability, and a process-oriented mindset.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice-to-Haves):

  • A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Deep subject-matter expertise or professional experience in a specialized domain such as Science, Law, Finance, Medicine, or Creative Writing.

  • A proven track record of delivering meticulous work under flexible project-based schedules.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Competitive Hourly Pay: Earn $22 – $36 USD per hour, with your rate scaling based on project complexity and your demonstrated experience and skill set.
