We are seeking a foundational AI Solutions Engineer to join our core team. This is a critical role for a hands-on architect who doesn’t just implement APIs but designs, builds, and owns the scalable AI systems that will define our company’s next chapter. Your Mission: Build Intelligent Systems at Scale

You will be the driving force behind our core AI initiatives, including AI-powered Support, Marketing Outreach, and VIP Client Orchestration. You will own the full lifecycle—from experimentation and architecture to deployment and optimization—ensuring our systems are reliable, efficient, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Architect Core AI Systems: Lead the development of advanced AI solutions using OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration to solve complex business challenges.

• Build Scalable Engineering Foundations: Architect and implement async pipelines, background job queues, and robust workflows to handle scale and ensure system reliability.

• Own the Full Development Cycle: Take ownership from concept to production, including designing evaluation metrics, monitoring system performance, and continuously iterating to improve outcomes.

• Ensure Engineering Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code with strong unit and integration testing, comprehensive logging, and proactive monitoring practices.

• Collaborate & Optimize: Work within a modern tech stack (PostgreSQL, Docker, GitLab CI) and proactively identify bottlenecks to enhance our overall development velocity and system performance.

Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate):

• A strong software engineer with deep expertise in Python and a passion for building backend systems.

• Possess real, hands-on experience with modern AI/ML stacks: OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and agentic frameworks.

• Proven ability in designing and maintaining asynchronous pipelines, background job queues, and event-driven architectures.

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and complex queries.

• Proficient with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), and production deployment workflows.

• A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys rapid prototyping, and is driven by metrics and results.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global team.
