The Role: AI Filmmaker
As an AI Filmmaker, you will be at the forefront of creative production, leveraging AI-driven tools (Runway, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc.) to ideate, generate, and edit high-impact video content. Working within the marketing department, you will transform abstract visions and product stories into visually stunning short films that align with our brand identity. This role merges technical proficiency in AI video generation with classic filmmaking sensibilities and marketing acumen.
Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, create, and edit short films and marketing videos using AI photo/video generation tools (Runway, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Midjourney).

Edit and polish AI-generated content using professional software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) to achieve broadcast-quality results.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop video concepts that effectively communicate key messages for Tether and its ecosystem brands.

Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines in tone, style, and messaging.

Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI filmmaking tools and techniques, integrating new capabilities into your creative process.

Manage multiple creative projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery from concept to final cut.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven professional experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or DALL-E.

Expertise in industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

Strong creative storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and detail.

Ability to rapidly conceptualize and execute ideas using AI-assisted workflows.

Familiarity with digital marketing and creating optimized content for social media platforms.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
