We are building the next generation of marketing technology and are seeking a hands-on AI engineering leader to architect our automated content personalization engine. This is not a traditional marketing role—it’s a technical, product-building position at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and CRM systems.
The Role: AI & CRM Automation Manager
As the CRM Content Automation Manager, you will be the architect and builder of our AI-driven personalization systems. You will design, develop, and scale the pipelines and models that automate hyper-personalized content generation for millions of customers across email, push, and in-app channels. This role requires deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and ML ops to create a “smart” CRM that dynamically optimizes every message for conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the AI content automation roadmap, leading the development and fine-tuning of in-house LLMs for CRM content generation and localization.

Build and maintain scalable LLM/ML pipelines for automated personalization, integrating with existing CRM and martech stacks (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Design sophisticated prompt engineering frameworks and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS) to contextualize content at scale.

Implement A/B testing feedback loops to train reinforcement learning models and establish governance systems for content quality, brand safety, and compliance.

Collaborate with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to align AI outputs with strategic brand and performance objectives.

Stay at the forefront of generative AI, NLP, and marketing automation advancements to continuously evolve our personalization engine.
Required Technical Experience:
-
Proven hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying large language models (LLMs) in a production environment.

Deep expertise in prompt engineering and designing RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS).

Strong proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Advanced Python programming skills for building and maintaining ML pipelines.

Solid understanding of machine learning, NLP, and recommendation algorithms.

Experience integrating AI systems into CRM platforms, CDPs, or marketing automation tools.

A background in Marketing Technology, AI product management, or growth engineering is a significant plus.

Excellent communication skills to bridge technical, creative, and marketing teams.
