Minderest, the global leader in AI-powered pricing intelligence since 2012, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to spearhead our rapid expansion across Latin America. Based in Bogotá with a regional LATAM scope, this is a high-impact, remote-first role for a true hunter who can build relationships with C-level executives at top-tier retailers, manufacturers, and marketplaces.

Your Mission:
To develop Minderest’s business in Latin America by acquiring and growing strategic enterprise accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership at major companies, demonstrating how our SaaS platform delivers measurable ROI and transforms their pricing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect, identify, and close high-value strategic opportunities with enterprise clients across Colombia and LATAM.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation, directly with C-level executives and senior managers. Act as a strategic consultant on pricing and market intelligence.

Implement tailored go-to-market strategies for the region, representing Minderest at key industry fairs, conferences, and associations (Fenalco, CCCE, etc.).

Generate a robust sales pipeline independently using modern strategies like social selling (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator) and outbound campaigns.

Provide reliable business forecasts and report directly to the US Regional Lead and HQ VP of Growth.
What You Bring (Required Qualifications):

5+ years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales, preferably within retail/ecommerce or management consulting serving retailers.

Proven experience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise sales with a demonstrated ability to generate pipeline autonomously.

Deep knowledge of the LATAM retail and ecommerce ecosystem (key players, associations, market dynamics).

Executive presence: Excellent presentation skills and experience building relationships with C-level decision-makers.

Native Spanish and professional English (C1 level minimum).

A strong, ROI-focused consultative selling approach.

Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and have availability for regular regional travel to visit clients.
