Congressional Research Service (CRS) is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of library technology by overseeing critical IT projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, IT specialists, and contractors.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your strong technical background to drive the development and implementation of innovative IT solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the Library’s IT strategy.
- Contract Management: Serve as a Contracting Officer’s Representative on select OCIO contracts.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
- Salary: $139,395.00 – $181,216.00 per year
- Remote Work: Eligible for remote work
