This full-time, remote position (open to candidates based in the U.S. or Canada) offers a significant opportunity for experienced quality assurance professionals, featuring a potential base salary range of $106,400 to $197,600 annually.
The successful candidate will join IQVIA’s Customer Strategy team, acting as a Strategic Quality Engagement Lead (SEL) for one or more key IQVIA clients. This high-impact role involves building strong relationships with customer quality counterparts and internal project teams to champion proactive quality management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating to identify and manage risks, implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyzing quality and operational data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the management and timely resolution of quality issues.
- Driving inspection readiness activities, potentially contributing to mock inspections.
- Advising and collaborating on regulatory inspection strategies.
- Actively participating in high-level governance meetings (e.g., Quality Councils, Joint Operations Committees).
- Interfacing with senior management and business development on quality matters and opportunities.
- Hosting or supporting customer audits and ensuring robust action plans are implemented.
