The Role:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and support of cutting-edge technologies within the EMEA region. You will be responsible for:
- Rolling out and supporting new technical solutions
- Configuring and setting up equipment on-site
- Providing training to local teams
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Managing technical pilots
- Conducting technical audits
Your Profile:
- Technician with experience in Surfacing, Edging, Support, or Engineering
- Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
- Comfortable with technical and mechanical concepts
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of standard Office package
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the EMEA region
