About the Role

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex multi-disciplinary hardware development programs from initial R&D through productization and market enhancements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive prioritization efforts and ensure alignment across teams
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8-12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex hardware development programs
• Strong project management skills, including experience with waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
