Driving Operational Excellence:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain operations, including cost control, inventory management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the mining industry and a proven track record of implementing strategies to reduce costs and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing cost control systems and managing capital spending.
- Reducing inventory levels while ensuring zero stock outs.
- Negotiating contracts and managing the RFP process.
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans, particularly with Indigenous communities.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing supply chain team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in the mining industry.
- Strong SAP and inventory management skills.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities is a strong asset.
