Driving Automotive Innovation
This exciting position focuses on managing up to eight major automotive accounts, building robust, long-term relationships, and identifying lucrative new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer pain points, developing tailored solutions, and promoting Hexagon’s comprehensive product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations.
- Conduct in-depth process analysis to provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with regional and product teams to ensure customer success.
- Travel extensively (up to 60%) across the region to meet with clients.
Ideal Candidate:
Hexagon is looking for a candidate with:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the automotive sector.
- A strong industry network and a proven track record of closing large deals.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
