Remote, US – Biogen is hiring a Strategy and Execution Lead for their Neuropsych Franchise. This remote role offers a competitive salary range of $148,200 to $202,900 plus benefits and LTI grants. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including 3+ years in promotional material review or agency work. This key role manages the content approval process (MLR) and drives operations for the Neuropsych brand/therapeutic area.
Lead the Way in Neuropsych Marketing Operations
This position involves collaborating with Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant content execution. You will partner with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams, manage contracted MLR Coordinators, and track key performance indicators. Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is essential. Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the Neuropsych agile pod and ensuring high-quality, compliant materials.
- Collaborating with business partners to ensure efficient MLR execution.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing business metrics and pod performance.
- Managing the annual plan through quarterly forecasting.
- Collaborating with Marketing on content timelines and key events.
- Maintaining expertise on emerging content review concepts and promotional tactics.
- Managing contracted MLR Coordinators and overseeing meeting logistics.
- Developing and delivering training programs for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/biotech experience, 3+ years in promotional material review or agency work.
- Strong understanding of promotional pharmaceutical content.
- Strategic understanding of market trends and content approval processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
