About the Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Contact Center Planning Administrator to join our team in Taguig City, Philippines. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our contact center operations by monitoring attendance, managing schedules, and identifying process improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily attendance and adjust staffing levels and schedules as needed.
- Track Paid Time Off requests.
- Maintain daily logs and ensure phone agents adhere to schedules.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
- Schedule off-phone time through manager discussions and volume research.
- Create capacity planning reports.
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Interact with internal customers and receive direction from leaders.
- Exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Required: 2+ years of Contact Center Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Desired: 2+ years of experience in workforce management and 2+ years of completed college education.
- Must be amenable to working in McKinley, Taguig City and on night shifts.
- Must be flexible with weekend shift schedules.
