Your Role:

As a Construction Manager at Reliance, you’ll be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects, ensuring their timely completion within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finalizing project scope and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Allocating tasks to team members and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities
  • Guiding the planning department in project scheduling and execution
  • Analyzing material costs and issuing guidelines for cost control
  • Reviewing project progress regularly and addressing any delays
  • Coordinating with various departments, including engineering, design, procurement, and HR
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Identifying critical paths and activities
  • Evaluating procurement costs against budget

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a lead role
  • Experience managing large-scale projects like power plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of construction technology, management, codes, and standards
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
