Your Role:
As a Sr. Specialist, Strategic Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Borouge’s future. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring corporate strategies that align with our business objectives and shareholder expectations. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our growth, enhancing our market position, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with global best practices and business objectives.
- Governance: Review and improve corporate governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
- Business Planning: Lead the preparation and presentation of business plans for senior management, ensuring effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Shareholder Reporting: Deliver the requirements of ADNOC and Borealis from a strategic perspective, providing necessary information as required.
- Corporate Planning: Manage and direct the development of the Business Plan to establish medium- and long-term strategies.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Trade Advocacy: Prepare international trading requirements to support Borouge’s business plans and represent Borouge on international trade bodies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent degree in Business Administration.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in International Business or Economy preferred.
- Advanced understanding of Trading Theories and Practices.
- Advanced and updated knowledge of WTO regulations and updates.
- Minimum 8-12 years of total experience in strategy-related functions.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale or multinational organizations.
- Previous experience in Petrochemicals, Polymers, or Chemical Industries is an advantage.
- Professional Certifications in Strategy Management and KPI Certified.
