PKN Orlen, a leading player in the energy industry, is seeking a Sales Support and Trade Processes Specialist to join their team in Gdańsk.

Your Role:

As a Sales Support and Trade Processes Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department and B2B channel in achieving sales goals and quarterly tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining constant contact with clients and handling commercial inquiries
Acquiring sales leads and monitoring the sales process
Collaborating in creating new products and implementing internal processes
Monitoring and analyzing the market and competition
Participating in the preparation of commercial offers and supporting the bidding process
Preparing reports and sales data
Supporting marketing activities and operations

Your Profile:

Higher education
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (sales support, customer service)
Knowledge of English at a level that allows communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Team player with highly developed communication skills
Effective, responsible, and customer-oriented
Valid driving license category B
