Oak Ridge, TN – Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a skilled Creo/Windchill Business Administrator to join their team, offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $145,000 annually. This position is also remote-eligible, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
ORNL, a leading U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory, is known for its groundbreaking research and commitment to innovation. The lab is currently expanding its Neutron Systems Engineering and Support (NSES) group within the Research Computing Support Division (RCSD) and is looking for a dedicated professional to manage and optimize its Creo and Windchill systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot technical issues related to Creo and Windchill.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Utilize a ticketing system to document requests and track resolutions.
Qualifications:
- A BS degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience managing PLM systems, with a strong understanding of Creo and Windchill.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a scientific research computing environment or National Laboratory.
- Experience training and mentoring in complex technical environments.
