The Role
As an Executive, Community Sales, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue for Ooredoo by targeting specific communities and segments within Kuwait. Your responsibilities will include:
- Directly reaching out to potential customers to offer Ooredoo’s prepaid and postpaid services
- Building relationships with local communities and participating in relevant events and gatherings
- Appointing agents and distributors to expand Ooredoo’s reach
- Managing the activities of the community sales force and ensuring they meet their monthly targets
- Staying informed about market trends and developments
- Providing support to customers and ensuring smooth activation of services
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate reporting
- Adhering to Ooredoo’s financial procedures and standards
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset
