What You’ll Need:
- Deep Salesforce expertise: 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a strong grasp of architecture and design patterns, including platform security, data modeling, and integration.
- Coding chops: In-depth understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Communication is key: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership qualities: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
- Bonus points: Salesforce certifications (Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Architect), experience with Conga and Mulesoft, and experience in a multi-org environment.
