Salary: $42,000 – $47,000

About the Role:

As an Annuity Policy Change Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ annuity contracts are serviced accurately and efficiently. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, including processing changes, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives and help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, validate, and process annuity contract changes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Process remittances and beneficiary continuations
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
