Responsibilities
As a Banquet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of all banquet food service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operations Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the banquet department, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective service.
- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of banquet staff.
- Quality Assurance: Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Event Planning: Collaborating with clients to plan and execute successful banquets and events.
- Financial Management: Monitoring and managing departmental budgets and expenses.
Qualifications
