As the CCG Global Accounting & Reporting Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading a Team: Coach and develop your team of 10 accounting and finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
- Financial Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation process for McDonald’s global financials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Strategic Analysis: Provide critical financial analysis to senior management, empowering them to make informed business decisions.
- Efficiency Champion: Partner with the Finance Transformation team to streamline reporting processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Technical Expertise: Research and advise on technical accounting issues impacting McDonald’s business.
