The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic, remote-first team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the user-facing components of our AI Agent platform. You will collaborate closely with our backend engineers, product designer, product manager, and founder to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend features for the AutoGPT Marketplace, Agent Builder, and Agent Library using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, incorporating smooth web animations and transitions to enhance user engagement.
- Optimize platform performance, accessibility, and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Integrate frontend components with backend systems, leveraging familiarity with Python, Prisma, and Supabase.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system to ensure UI consistency and quality.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that make AI programming and agent management accessible to a broader audience.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Next.js and React for building dynamic web applications.
- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for creating responsive and reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with Python, Prisma, and Supabase for backend integration.
- Proven experience working with Figma to implement designs.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Excellent collaborative and problem-solving skills in a remote environment.

- Passion for AI and its transformative potential.
- Strong design sensibility and a focus on creating polished user interfaces.
- Experience with shadcn or similar design systems.
- Contributions to open-source projects or experience in startup environments.
