Unload My Home is seeking a highly motivated and personable Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building strong client relationships and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients, establishing rapport and building trust through genuine conversations.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments by actively listening and asking insightful questions to uncover client requirements.
• Identify and prioritize high-value sales opportunities, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Effectively present and promote Unload My Home’s services, addressing client concerns and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Proactively seek feedback and continuously refine sales strategies to optimize performance.
• Demonstrate a results-driven approach, taking ownership of sales goals and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Compensation:

• Expected annual earnings range from $18,762 to $36,611 USD, with a base salary of $800 per month as a draw against commission.
