As our Remote HR Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations, accurate data management, and the tracking of key metrics. This role is crucial in coordinating recruitment activities, managing HR systems, overseeing calendars, and contributing to various HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support: Coordinate candidate interviews, maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (SmartRecruiters), track recruiting metrics and KPIs, and generate reports.
- HR Systems and Data Management: Update and manage user data across HR systems (TalentLMS, Webwork, Lattice), and maintain an accurate organizational chart.
- Calendar Management: Create and manage company calendars (holiday, payroll, events), including employee birthdays and work anniversaries.
- HR Communication and Materials: Assist with HR email communications, design templates (Canva), and review/update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- HR Case Management: Lead the Case Management project implementation, manage HR cases through the case management system (Jira), and respond to and track HR inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools (ATS, LMS, CMS).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
