Job Description:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Represent Firstbase at trade shows and other marketing events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the cloud-based business management software market
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Experience with social selling
- Bilingual (Spanish or French)
