Walter is seeking a dynamic and creative Conversation Design Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting engaging and effective dialogues for our AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants, ensuring seamless and delightful user experiences for our clients’ customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, creating high-quality chatbot experiences that drive measurable results.
  • Utilize a conversational marketing framework to design strategic chatbot playbooks, aligning with buyer intent, page-based strategies, and personalized experiences.
  • Translate conversational concepts and flowcharts into compelling dialogue for chatbot implementation.
  • Present and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine conversation and flow designs.
  • Configure chatbot flow designs, including visitor targeting, contact attributes, lead tagging, and routing.
  • Conduct thorough testing to optimize chatbot flows for optimal user experience and ensure error-free messaging.
  • Utilize reporting tools and conversation analysis to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.
  • Participate in client calls to understand goals, present strategies, review bot flow designs, and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance chatbot development, document best practices, and implement innovative strategies.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of building rapport and fostering collaboration.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in conversation optimization and design, including chatbot dialogue flows.
  • Experience creating conversion-optimized workflows and personalized experiences.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, developing presentations and communicating results.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Solid working knowledge of communication and collaboration tools (Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Zoom, Teams).
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales funnels.
  • Experience with Conversational Marketing and Chat platforms (Drift, HubSpot, Intercom) and exposure to Marketing Automation (Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is an asset.
