Ticketsolve, a leading ticketing, marketing, CRM, fundraising, and membership platform for arts and cultural organizations, seeks a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This remote role focuses on connecting with venues, theatres, museums, and attractions across the UK and Ireland, introducing them to the benefits of Ticketsolve’s comprehensive platform.

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and driving new business. This involves researching prospects, initiating conversations via phone, email, and networking, and understanding their unique challenges. You will articulate Ticketsolve’s value proposition, demonstrating how our solutions can improve efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance audience engagement. As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to conduct product demos and guide potential customers through the early stages of the sales process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with a strong sales aptitude and a genuine interest in the arts and culture sector. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working independently and managing a pipeline of leads. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a consultative sales approach are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads within the arts and cultural sector.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Develop personalized outreach strategies.
  • Clearly communicate Ticketsolve’s value proposition.
  • Conduct product demos (with training and development).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Represent Ticketsolve at industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-oriented with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.
  • Organized and data-driven, experience with CRM systems.
  • Passion for the arts and culture sector.
  • Experience in ticketing, SaaS, or the cultural sector is a plus.

Compensation: £35,000 – £40,000 base salary (OTE £45,000 – £55,000)
