Job Description:

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts seeks an Administrative and Grants Manager to join our Access/VSA team. This new, full-time position, term-limited through September 30, 2029, will play a key role in supporting the management, administration, and compliance of grants, subawards, and major contracts within the Office of Accessibility and VSA.

About Access/VSA:

The Office of Accessibility and VSA is dedicated to providing opportunities for people with disabilities of all ages to engage with the arts. We are a passionate, collaborative group of arts management professionals focused on advancing accessibility and inclusion in cultural spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of grants, contracts, and subawards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and funder requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial and narrative reports.
  • Collect and maintain data for impact analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure accurate allocation of funds.
  • Draft and process award agreements and documents.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of grant administration protocols.
