Job Description:
The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts seeks an Administrative and Grants Manager to join our Access/VSA team. This new, full-time position, term-limited through September 30, 2029, will play a key role in supporting the management, administration, and compliance of grants, subawards, and major contracts within the Office of Accessibility and VSA.

About Access/VSA:
The Office of Accessibility and VSA is dedicated to providing opportunities for people with disabilities of all ages to engage with the arts. We are a passionate, collaborative group of arts management professionals focused on advancing accessibility and inclusion in cultural spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of grants, contracts, and subawards.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and funder requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and narrative reports.
- Collect and maintain data for impact analysis and reporting.
- Monitor budgets and ensure accurate allocation of funds.
- Draft and process award agreements and documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of grant administration protocols.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in grant management, including federal grant compliance with CFR200 and OMB guidelines.
- Technical knowledge and skills related to accounting and fiscal management.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., Sage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of accessibility for people with disabilities is a plus.
