Abu Dhabi, UAE – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is currently seeking a Voice of Customer Specialist to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in shaping the bank’s customer experience and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Review and analyze customer feedback from various channels, including surveys, social media, and call centers.
- Insight Generation: Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to gain valuable insights.
- Action Plan Development: Develop and implement action plans to address customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
- Customer Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to resolve issues and gather additional feedback.
- Suggestion Management: Review and categorize customer suggestions, prioritizing and implementing feasible ones.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of UAE culture
- Customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with banking systems and products
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or related fields
- UAE national
