MARLBOROUGH, MA / REMOTE (US) – Medical technology giant Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Payer Relations & Value-Based Offerings to join its Endoscopy division. This high-impact, remote position offers a compelling salary range of $140,000 to $266,000 and the chance to shape market access for innovative medical devices across the United States.

Drive Market Access Strategy
The Senior Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to secure optimal coverage and reimbursement for Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy portfolio. Responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with key payer stakeholders (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, IDNs).
- Developing business plans to advocate for and remove barriers to Boston Scientific procedures and devices.
- Collaborating internally and externally to overcome access challenges.
- Monitoring healthcare policy developments impacting product coverage.
- Leading the implementation of tactical plans and tools for payer and sales teams.
Who Should Apply?
Boston Scientific is looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coverage determination/utilization management within a payer organization or similar relevant experience.
- An established network of Medical Directors and health insurance plan contacts.
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, managed care, Medicare/Medicaid, and reimbursement.
- Proven success interacting with C-suite executives.
- Excellent presentation, influence management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel significantly (up to 75%).
- Experience in metabolic and bariatric diseases is a plus.
Compensation and Location
This is a full-time, remote position open to qualified candidates residing anywhere in the United States.
