Lead the Future of Finance at BNP Paribas

As Tech Lead, you’ll be at the heart of BNP Paribas’ digital transformation, responsible for the IT solution and its implementation within the MAESTRO application. This involves both RUN (incident analysis, user assistance, technical work) and BUILD (development of new features) activities. You will optimize user experience, ensuring performance and maintaining the operational condition of applications crucial to BCEF customers.

Your Mission:

• Lead the development and implementation of IT solutions within the MAESTRO application.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, provide user support, and manage technical tasks.
• Collaborate with the squad to design, develop, and deliver new features within budget.
• Optimize user experience and ensure application performance.
• Contribute to the modernization of the IT landscape (DotNet to Java migration).

Ideal Candidate:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in a Tech Lead role.
• Strong knowledge of DotNet, Java, Linux RedHat, DevOps, and HTTP protocol.
• Expertise in TIBCO, MQ Series, SQL, and TDD.
• Proven ability to propose architectural solutions.
• Customer-centric approach and proactive mindset.
