Aflac, a Fortune 500 company and leading provider of supplemental insurance, is seeking a Technology Business Manager III to join their Digital Services team. This exciting opportunity is fully remote for those residing outside a 50-mile radius of Columbus, GA, or Columbia, SC. If you live within 50 miles of those office locations, the role will be hybrid with an expectation of working in the office 60% of the time.
Do you have a passion for IT finance and a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights? As a Technology Business Manager III, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Aflac’s IT spending and demonstrating the value of technology investments.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, interpret, and analyze data from various sources to develop comprehensive cost models and reports.
- Create executive-level presentations that effectively communicate the cost and value of IT products and services.
- Drive IT cost management initiatives through opportunity identification, continuous improvement, and ROI optimization.
- Configure, test, and document Apptio dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT leaders to ensure cost transparency and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Four or more years of experience in IT Finance or Technology Business Management.
- Strong knowledge of TBM processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Apptio configuration and report writing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
