Role Overview:

As a Remote Sales Development Representative at PR Volt, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be identifying and qualifying potential clients through strategic prospecting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other effective prospecting methods.
  • Conduct engaging and insightful conversations with decision-makers to understand their public relations needs and demonstrate how PR Volt’s solutions can address their objectives.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition in the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns, optimizing lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and pipeline activity within our CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay abreast of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach, with a passion for driving new business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with the public relations, marketing, or advertising industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience with cold calling is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment or within the PR/marketing industry (optional).
