We’re seeking a talented AI Developer to design and implement cutting-edge AI-powered systems that enhance our products and user experience. In this remote role, you will play a key part in developing innovative solutions that streamline and improve how people interact with documents.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable and reliable AI systems, including chat interfaces and agentic workflows, for document editing and understanding.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to seamlessly integrate AI features into our SDKs and tools, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Architect systems that simplify AI integrations, focusing on modularity, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of AI features, employing best practices for code optimization and resource management.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and software engineering.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience integrating AI features into applications or systems, delivering robust and user-friendly solutions using frameworks like Langchain, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
- Strong systems design skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable AI solutions, including experience in database and model selection through evaluation.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Typescript, C++, Elixir, Python), version control, and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts (computer vision, NLP, model training, transfer learning, optimization) is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
- A passion for continuous learning and exploration of new technologies.
